Hi, I’m Andrew Duggan—a Machine Learning and AI specialist with more than 25 years of experience building large-scale enterprise applications and practical AI solutions. Over the course of my career, I’ve worked with some of the world’s most influential organizations—Accenture, IBM, Visa, BNY Mellon, and many more—helping them innovate at the intersection of technology, data, and strategy.
What sets me apart is not just the depth of my technical skills—Python, R, TensorFlow, AWS SageMaker, Bedrock, Generative AI frameworks, MLOps, and computer vision—but the way I’ve applied them to solve real, high-stakes business problems. From designing custom deep learning models that predicted retail traffic with three times more accuracy than industry benchmarks, to deploying scalable RAG pipelines on AWS, to transforming enterprise platforms for financial services and real estate, I’ve consistently delivered solutions that drive measurable impact.
But beyond the technology, I’ve always been passionate about teaching, mentoring, and making complex ideas approachable. Whether it was leading global technology strategy at BNY Mellon, scaling digital transformation for global companies, or building automated AI-driven platforms, my mission has always been to simplify complexity and empower others to create with confidence.
